This replacement lens is suitable for GCC CO2 laser engraving machines using the trapezium-profile holder shown. Please select your GCC laser model above so that we can supply the correct compatible part.

If you are not sure which focal length lens is best for your application, I would suggest you take a look at this rough guide:

• a 1.5″ lens should be used for fine or photo engraving. It can also be used for cutting materials up to 3mm thick.
• the 2″ lens is a good compromise lens and can be used for vector engraving and laser cutting.
• a 2.5″ lens will probably give you the best cutting performance, but will not be as good for laser engraving.
• a 4.0″ lens is for cutting thick materials and specialist materials such as foam.

Keeping a spare focus lens available can help minimise downtime if an optic becomes damaged or contaminated. Replacement optics are a relatively low-cost spare compared with the disruption caused by an unusable laser system.

Installation:

Simply remove the old lens / holder and insert this new lens / holder. Quick and easy!
